Returns and Refunds

OVERVIEW

Since we are a company that operates on make-to-order model, we do not accept returns or exchanges. After receiving an order, our talented craftsmen begin handcrafting each outfit

However, Amrood products can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with the guidelines below and using a credit note

• DAMAGED PEICES - Every item that leaves our shop is thoroughly inspected. Within three days of delivery, you must notify us if you believe your goods are damaged. Products that are damaged will be eligible for a full account credit. Items cannot be returned due to handwork, colour, or design
• WRONG ITEMS - If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• No returns would be entertained .
• Exchanges only to one next size would be allowed .
• Call or write to us with your request for  exchange, and we'll arrange a pick-up at no cost to you. In case there is damage, we advise recording or taking images while opening the item
• The exchange item goes through a quality inspection after it is received by us. Once authorized by our QC staff, new product will be dispatched to you within 10 days of that date
• All things that are being exchanged must be in their original condition. If an order is cancelled, Amrood will not be responsible for shipping or insurance charges
• The item being returned for the purpose of exchange must include all of the labels, tags, and other packing that came with it when it was sent to you. In the event that packaging is missing, Amrood has the right to deny a return or exchange
• If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to meet your request. However, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify your purchase
